Talk about good morning coffee ideas and ways to start your morning.
Some might say this is for coffee lovers but the fact is that it’s not only for people who love coffee. You will learn more in this post. Good morning coffee: ideas and ways to start your morning
Let me build a base for this post. The first thing is good morning coffee is something we all know. We drink coffee in the morning but some people don’t and some people drink other things. So, the phrase is meant as a quote to have a good morning with coffee. Some might include pictures with coffee.
This is going to include the quote and how it can help you. Information to learn about if you don’t drink coffee in the morning. Well, it has a good and not good side for some people. You need to make sure that nothing will harm you by drinking something like that in the morning.

A: Good question. Who has this question in mind… Well, the answer is simple. Some people drink for the caffeine and its benefits. Some people turn it into a habit to drink it. And I’m part of these two groups. Because I drink coffee almost every morning and can’t miss a day.

That’s a question I wanted to answer for people who don’t drink and wonder why people do it. Sometimes I wonder why people drink tea in the morning instead of coffee. Well, hope that answer helps you understand more about it. However, something we all should know.

Drinking coffee is good but with the right amount. It has benefits that we will learn in this post but only if it’s the right amount. Don’t drink too much because it would turn unhealthy. Some people might do that and drink a lot of coffee which is not good for our bodies.
Benefits of drinking coffee:
- Help you to burn fat
- Also, helps to prevent the kidney stones
- Protect your brain
- It can help you to live longer
- Good for reducing cancer
- Boost your mood and energy \.
There are studies that prove these benefits and universities spending time to learn about healthy things from coffee. However, you make sure to have the right amount. Because if it’s not, it might not be good for you. And I’m talking about caffeine in general as well.
The amount per cup is important. If you put a little water or milk and more coffee. I’ve felt it when there is too much coffee which is not good. Therefore, I highly recommend you balance and make sure to avoid putting too much. It might give awful things to your body.
Q: When is the best to drink coffee in the morning?
A: Never drink coffee right after you wake up. You need to wait at least one hour before you do that. And another thing is important which we will learn a little later in this post. Make sure to take some time before you drink any caffeine because coffee is not the only one.
Important point
Something you should know is that drinking coffee and putting it into your diet. If you start drinking coffee in the morning, it can have good benefits but you need to keep it in your diet and drink it. Because giving up on it later will have health issues such as headaches.
Q: What is the healthy amount for drinking coffee?
A: Well, this is a good question. The healthy amount is four cups a day. About 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day. You can split that throughout the day. Usually, drinking one cup in the morning is the best option. That’s what I usually do as well because it’s so enough.
Also, I still need to drink throughout the day like afternoon coffee haha. One of my favorite times to drink during work time. However, sometimes I don’t drink four coffees. Three cups of coffee a day should be good for me. In some cases, I drink four cups but that’s all.
Ideas for coffee in the morning
Where do you usually get your coffee from? You can share with us after reading this post. Now I want to share some coffee ideas that can help you try. Honestly, it’s good to try different types of coffee and I already tried most of them as well. Maybe you will find your favorite coffee.
Latte
People know this very well and most of us drink it in the morning. One of the best coffee and has many flavors you can try as well. Surely some of you already drinking this which is awesome. I don’t drink every day latte but from time to time I do drink it. Because I like to drink other types as well.
Espresso
Another common type of coffee but one of the best as well. This is an Italian type and it is brewed and usually comes with a less amount of other types. Also, it tastes more intense and thicker than other types. Be careful not to drink a lot of it. Otherwise, it will not be good for you.
Turkish coffee
I didn’t try this many times but when I did it was tasty. And by the name you already know where it comes from. Also, this coffee is brewed by boiling. And it is thick and intense as well. Which means avoid to drink a lot of it a day. The way to prepare it is different from other types.
Cortado
This is another coffee but is from Spain. It’s a mix of espresso and milk and it is served warm. If you have been to Spain, you will know about this if you are a coffee lover. There are two types which are white and shade brown. You can try this if you have tried it before which can be a nice experience.
Caffè mocha
Another cool idea for morning coffee is the mocha. And this one is different because it can also have chocolate with coffee. Some of my friends love to drink this in the morning before they start their day. And I tried it as well which tastes good. Make different from other types of coffees.
There are many types of coffee that you can have. And if you search on Google, you will find more of them. It’s good to try new types to see how they taste and maybe you will find a new one that could be your favorite. Something I like to do nowadays and try new coffees.
Tips to start your morning healthy
Now I want to share some good tips to help you stay healthy. Well, we already know a few tips that I mentioned before in this post. And now I want to mention a little more to help you. From my experience of drinking coffee in the morning for years and years. It’s been more than 10 years and always love to drink my coffee in the morning.
Drink water first when you wake up.
Don’t ever start your morning with a cup of coffee or even tea. Because it’s not healthy but instead first thing to get your belly is some water(cup or two cups of water). I learned this late but when I did, I felt the difference and how healthy it can be to drink water before coffee or anything.

There are negative effects on your body and stomach when drinking coffee or any caffeine first before you eat something and fill your belly. Therefore, make sure to avoid this in any circumstances. Whether you are late to work or don’t have time to cook. You can wait until you eat and drink it.
Make sure not to drink coffee on an empty stomach
Another important thing for your health is avoiding drinking coffee or consuming caffeine when your stomach is empty. This usually means when you first wake up or if you haven’t eaten anything for a while. Make sure to eat something such as yogurt or anything to fill your stomach.
Prioritize sleep over coffee or caffeine
Many people would drink coffee to stay awake. But if you ask me how many times I did this. I would say I lost count. However, it’s not really healthy and won’t help a lot at all. I tried coffee, drinking soda, or anything containing caffeine but nothing worked. And it doesn’t make me feel good later. so, I highly recommend that you prioritize sleeping over drinking coffee or consuming any caffeine.
Don’t wake up so early thinking you can drink coffee and be awake. Well, you might do that but won’t help you later. Sleep as much as you need. Maybe if you sleep one hour less than the healthy amount and drink coffee, that might be less unhealthy.
Avoid too much sugar, too much coffee
This is something you should consider when drinking coffee in the morning or at any time. Make sure to avoid adding too much sugar or coffee. Because both are not healthy for us. Whether you like it more sugar or not. I highly recommend avoiding this at all times.

Good coffee post, Fransic. I always drink warm water after waking up. And I only have coffee with a protein breakfast. Coffee has many benefits but we should always be careful of when and how much to drink coffee in a day.

I am not a coffee drinker, but my husband has to have his morning coffee to get going every day. He only has one cup a day, but my sister has coffee all day long.

I’m actually not a coffee drinker, but this was an interesting post to read. I had no idea there was a right time to drink coffee, but it makes sense that you should drink water first and have something to eat before drinking coffee. Also, it’s good to know that 4 cups of coffee a day is a healthy amount as my partner regularly drinks coffee at work.
