I used to get an upset stomach on the day of an audition or a job interview. I am sure that was psychological bcoz as I gained more experience, I had no more upset stomach. Some people also get upset stomach bcoz of coffee or just before periods. There can be so many reasons. I have heard about the benefits of chamomile tea but never tried it. I guess, whether I have an upset stomach or not, I will try it some day.
